Building Product Meetings

The Architectural Specifcation Program utilizes one-on-one online meetings to showcase building products to design professionals and specifiers. Our specialized presentation format allows a streamlined experience for the designers and a detailed lead report for your sales team.

Established in 1985, the ASP is the cornerstone of our marketing services. This program provides building product presentations to a curated list of active design professionals and specifiers across six regions throughout the U.S. and Canada. We arrange one-on-one online meetings between our specification consultants and design professionals to showcase a curated collection of non-competing building products.

Our meetings offer design professionals the opportunity to learn about building products in a professional and conversational environment, free from the requirements of a continuing education course or the potentially uncomfortable experience of a cold sales call.

The benefits of a building product presentation

  • Unlike direct sales campaigns, a building product presentation generates a detailed report and qualified leads for your sales team.
  • These presentations are not bound by the requirements of an accredited course and can incorporate all of your branding and marketing collateral language.
  • Designers benefit from learning about building products through our concise, conversational meetings, where they can review several different product brands in one 30-45 minute session.
  • Our meetings establish a foundation for building trust, fostering a deep understanding of your products, and developing lasting professional relationships.
  • The path to specification and repeat use of your products begins with the right first impression—one that the ASP is positioned to deliver.

In today’s digital world, human insight and authentic experiences matter more than ever. At RBA, building relationships is at the heart of everything we do. We bridge the gap between product manufacturers and design professionals by facilitating meaningful conversations, enhancing communication, and helping to build lasting business partnerships.
