Terms of Service
Effective date: June 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing designproleads.com (the “Site”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Description of Services
Ron Blank & Associates, Inc. (“RBA,” “we,” “us”) operates this Site to provide information about building-product manufacturer programs, accredited continuing education, and architect specification services. Prospective clients may register to request demonstrations and information. The Site does not constitute a contract for services; a separate written agreement is required to engage RBA programs.
3. Accounts
You may register for a prospect account to access the self-service portal. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and promptly update it if it changes. You may not share your account or use another person’s account.
4. Acceptable Use
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes related to learning about or engaging RBA programs. You may not: attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site; transmit malicious code or interfere with Site operations; use automated means to scrape content for commercial purposes; or impersonate any person or organization.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site—including text, graphics, program descriptions, and course materials—is owned by or licensed to RBA and may not be reproduced, distributed, or modified without prior written permission. Documents and resources made available to registered users through the portal or member area are provided for that user’s own business use and may not be redistributed, published, or shared outside their organization without RBA’s prior written consent.
6. Privacy & Data Collection
When you register or submit an inquiry, we store your name, email address, company name, and request details to respond to your inquiry and manage your account. Authenticated sessions are maintained via a secure, HTTP-only browser cookie that expires after a period of inactivity.
Public page views are logged with a hashed (anonymized) IP address for internal traffic analytics; raw IP addresses are not retained. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We retain your information for as long as necessary to support your engagement with RBA and our legitimate business interests.
By creating an account or submitting an inquiry, you consent to receive transactional email from us related to your account and requests—such as email verification, password resets, and responses to your inquiry. These are service messages, not marketing; we do not send promotional email without your consent.
7. AI-Assisted Tools
RBA uses AI-assisted tools internally to help prepare account research and summaries. Where these tools are used, company-level business information (such as company name, website, program details, and account activity) may be processed by a third-party AI provider to generate a draft. Individual contact emails, phone numbers, and personal names are not included in these prompts. AI-generated output is a draft aid that RBA staff review before relying on it; it is not warranted to be accurate or complete.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. RBA does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RBA and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent update.
12. Contact
Questions about these Terms may be directed via the contact form or by phone at 800-248-6364.
